


115% Revenue Goal Achieved: How Reliable Knowledge Drives ALAB Laboratoria
In an era of widespread misinformation — including in health-related topics — there is a growing need to provide trustworthy information. As one of the leaders in laboratory diagnostics, ALAB Laboratoria has taken on an educational mission and the responsibility of creating a space that serves as a trusted source of reliable knowledge for patients.
Challenges:
- Creating an efficient process for producing and delivering expert content, optimized for SEO, and publishing it on the Partner’s website without requiring excessive involvement in day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring that all content is created exclusively by medical experts (doctors and individuals with medical education).
- Varying levels of SEO knowledge among medical experts, which posed a risk that the content would be inconsistent, not adapted for online consumption, and suboptimal in terms of SEO potential.
Objective:
Our main goal was to support ALAB Laboratoria in building a modern, user-friendly Knowledge Center that provides easy access to reliable medical information.

Solutions:
We undertook a series of actions to achieve these goals:
- Strategic brand authority building: Co-creating the Knowledge Center was not just about delivering articles. We treated this challenge as part of a broader strategy to establish ALAB as an expert. Content efforts were integrated with SEO and marketing activities to strengthen ALAB’s online presence.
- Content creation process optimization: We implemented a comprehensive content creation process involving experts from both Bluerank and ALAB Laboratoria at every stage. Through close collaboration and a clear division of responsibilities — from ALAB’s expert input to SEO optimization and publication by Bluerank — we built an efficient system for producing reliable medical articles. This synergistic approach enabled the creation of a robust and trustworthy Knowledge Center while optimizing team involvement.
- Recruitment and coordination of medical experts: We assembled a team of doctors and medical editors responsible for content creation and coordinated their work to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- Development of Content Graphs: We prepared detailed content plans (content graphs) that addressed user needs, search engine requirements, and the specifics of medical topics. This allowed us to produce articles that are informative, readable, SEO-optimized, and structurally consistent.
Technology:
The project utilized advanced tools for:
- Managing the content creation process (Content Manager)
- Monitoring the performance of published articles
- A suite of SEO tools essential for a large-scale website migration


Hard Data:
After one year of collaboration (March 2024 – April 2025), organic visibility of the Alab.pl website (according to Senuto) achieved impressive year-over-year growth:
- Top 3: +89%
- Top 10: +156%
- Top 50: +152%
During the same period, organic visibility of the Knowledge Center grew even more dynamically:
- Top 3: +458%
- Top 10: +529%
- Top 50: +297%
In terms of key KPIs (based on historical data from Google Analytics 4) for 2024, we achieved:
- 115% of the revenue goal
- 108% of the organic traffic goal for the Alab.pl e-store
- 68% of the traffic goal for the blog
Our project was honored with the top award at the prestigious European Search Awards in the category BEST USE OF SEARCH – HEALTH (LARGE), judged by industry experts.
