Bluerank - Search Engine Marketing Agency - joins SEMPO

In August 2007 Search Engine Marketing Agency Bluerank joined SEMPO becoming the first Polish member of this association. SEMPO is a global non-profit organization serving the search engine marketing industry and associating marketing professionals engaged in it.

SEMPO is functioning on the same basis as Interactive Advertising Bureau, however its sphere of interests is narrower. It focuses on only one field – on SEM which is about using search engines in advertising campaigns – says Maciej Gałecki, Bluerank's CEO. From now on Bluerank is a member of both organizations.

At the beginning of 2007 SEMPO had 500 members from all over the world, well-know companies as DoubleClick or eMarketer Inc. among them. The organization is sponsored i.a. by Google and Yahoo. Thanks to this financing and the professional knowledge shared by its members, SEMPO has been operating successfully for more than 5 years. It builds awareness and provides education on the SEM topic, enables to improve business relationships among service providers and clients from all over the world and gives opportunity to exchange professional experience.

Since the participation of Bluerank in SEMPO which started on 1st August 2007, the Polish branch of Search Engine Marketing has its representation abroad and can be recognized by the professional world of SEM – said Aneta Mondry, Bluerank's PPC manager.
